Exercise Progress…(if you can even call it that…)
Okay…So 10 minutes done that were jogging/walking (I can’t run for shit. It kills me…) But at least it’s something. Now there’s only 300 calories in DDR to go…(at 15 calories per song, that’s 20 songs. *cries*

Monday: Low Cal Day

Wednesday: Low Cal Day
Thursday: Normal Day
Friday: Low Cal Day
Saturday: Free Day
Sunday: Normal Day
(Yesterday was a free day too…Each Free Day, even if there are two on the same day, must have a Low Cal Day to balance it out. I have made sure that between the 12th and the 31st, there were an equal amount so even if they aren’t listed here in this post, they’ve all been calculated, believe me.)
Then, the week after…

On the 30th of December, I might need another Free Day, in which case, I’ll need to work in another Low Cal Day. *sigh* I’m going to exercise now and then try to figure out how to work it in…
I’m hoping that even with the binge yesterday, my metabolism will be so fuck ass confused that I won’t gain too much when I weight myself on Wednesday…
