Exercise…Done
150 Calories burned in DDR although I’m afraid that my body is becoming accustomed. I’d like to not go over 110 during the holidays, but being that I just got below that…going to try to stay under 115, with as close to 110 as possible and then continue losing. Going to follow my plan super closely, but know that there might be the occasional extra scoop of Mac ‘n Cheese or slice of cake here and there…but I’m going to try really, really hard not for that in most cases. I won’t be on my feet as much but I’m going to try to keep up my 10 minutes/150 calories per day exercise routine. I’ll likely gain…but…after the first week of January, it’s back to five days of normal 1,200, one day of 600, and one free day where I don’t go crazy. Then maybe I’ll finally get to my ultimate goal…30”-21”-32”.
