Lunch:

1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese - 80 Calories

3 Cherry Tomatoes - 9 Calories

1 Tbsp Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing - 7.5 Calories

2 Tbsp Fresh Salsa - 5 Calories

8 Strawberries - 48 Calories

Total: 149.5 Calories

Dinner:

1/2 Cup or 1 Cup of Brown Rice (not sure which, but it’s whichever has the following calorie content) - 150 Calories

2/3 Cup Sweet Peas - 70 Calories

1 1/2 Tbsp (will have to double check this measurement) Bac-Os - 30 Calories

1 Slice Reduced Fat Sargento Provolone Cheese - 50 Calories

Total: 300 Calories
