UGH.

Binged today. Really fucking bad. Today was supposed to be a lower calorie day too. URGH. So, no more making up for holiday failures. Going to try to go back to my normal schedule, 1200 for five days, 600 for one day, and a one meal free day.

This week I had a day where I didn’t eat and a lower calorie day already. I’m going to try to eat a heartier, filling meal on my next free day, New Year’s Eve. I’m just going to stick with what I order and have some of what I’m baking and stay away from all the extra stuff. Next week, I have a lower calorie day and a buffet day. I’m not going to sweat any of these.

And I’ll continue to do 10 minutes/150 calories per day.

The following week I’ll have a more normal free day as outlined in my more balanced free day post.

I’m no longer a vegetarian, so this allows me more options. Maybe I’ll venture into vegetarianism again one day, now that I know it’s an option I have.

Maybe I’ll weigh and measure myself again the first week of February.
